(A) Security Rules
Customers/Users are strictly prohibited in any way what so ever by using any kind of methods to tamper with the security of the website/app/server /Network .These Include, (1) accessing data not related to the user. (2) Scanning/Testing the system without proper authorization, (3) Interfering with the service of any user using any kinds of bugs or viruses (4) Unwanted advertisements / promotions/Electronic Mails.(5).Any material that is foundobscene/Defamatory/Abusive/Pornographic/Threatening/Hateful. In any Such case of violations Zaahoo TM of BIOVCARE and / or its associate partners will have the right to investigate breach of security policy and users will be prosecuted as per the governing laws of the respective Departments/Enforcements.
The payment terms are in sole discretion of Zaahoo TM of BIOVCARE Services Pvt. Ltd and its associate partners/companies. Payments are accepted prior to acceptance of orders .
The payment shall be made by Credit / Debit Cards or Net banking or UPI or other payment modes like G-Pay, Paytm, etc. only.
Zaahoo TM of BIOVCARE Services Pvt. Ltd and its associate partners or companies has no responsibility or authority regarding refunds and is solely based on the terms and conditions between the respective customer and vendor.
In case of situations such as
i.Dissatisfaction of products
ii.Damages in products on delivery. In such cases it shall be replaced or the product value amount shall be refunded
iii.Relocation to areas or states where the usage of Zaahoo TM of BIOVCARE APP is limited or not available. In such cases any deposits with respect to the concerned products or services shall be refunded in 48 working hours.
iv.Any situations arising due to any pandemic such as Corona etc where mobility is limited .In such cases delivery of goods/services will be as per the Government norms and laws enforced.
V .Cancellation of Zaahoo TM of APP. In such cases any added amount which is still unused in wallet or amount already deposited for undelivered products till the time of cancellation, the same amount shall be refunded within 48 working hours.
Vi.Any cancellation when delivery has already started or is in transit, then the full amount will be deducted .
BIO V CARE and its associate partners/companies reserves its rights to cancel orders arising due to errors .These include also errors arising due to failed payment transactions by payment gateways service providers andZaahoo TM of BIOVCARE Services Pvt. Ltdin no way is responsible for failed transactions.
Zaahoo TM of BIOVCARE Services Pvt. Ltd Takes customer satisfaction as its number one priority. We operate between 7.00 am to 9.00 pm on all weekdays except Sundays.
Any updates or changes regarding revision in product rates/Addition of new services or products/cancellation of products shall be notified by a pop up notification.
We strive to deliver quality products within the range of time committed ,but the company will not be responsible or liable for any delay caused for deliveryof your order.
All the items /Goods /Services shall be delivered based on the choice of customer selecting form the vendorlist displayed in the app. All items shall be delivered which is readily available or are in stock. Any items that cannot be delivered or not in stock shall be notified to customers.
The product/service provider price displayed for products on our APP includes the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer/ supplier/service provider, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice .There are no handling or delivery charges.BIO V CARE and /or its associated companies take no warranty for the accuracy of the product descriptions or the content mentioned in the app that it is accurate/complete/reliable or error free.

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to any judicial decree or decision, such provision shall be deemed to apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Zaahoo TM of BIOVCARE and /or its associated companies. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site/APP. Zaahoo TM may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site/App, Such termination will be without any liability to Zaahoo TM of BIOVCARE. Upon any termination of the User Agreement by either you or Zaahoo TM of BIOVCARE, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site/APP, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the User Agreement or otherwise.Zaahoo TM of BIOVCARE has right to any Comments shall survive any termination of this User Agreement.
